Avocado & Pistachio Dip (VGML Vegan)牛油果開心果沾醬 (無蛋奶素)

Breaking free of the tried old sour cream and powdered soup concept, this avocado-pistachio dip is an east-meets-west fusion that can be served with pitas, chips, and crackers, or even spread on a sandwich. Add Taiwanese soy sauce and Chinese Guilin chilli sauce, and it will be a big hit at your next party.

2 avocados

1/8 tsp Chinese Guilin chili sauce / Chili Bean Sauce

2 cloves garlic

150 g pistachio, chopped

1 Tbsp onion

1 Tbsp coriander, chopped

1 Tbsp agave nectar / honey for vegetarian

1 Tbsp Taiwanese aged soy sauce / liquid aminos / tamari / soy sauce

1 tsp lime juice

4 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp avocado oil

1 tsp homemade vegetarian fish sauce (I will post another post for it)

1 tsp sesame oil


1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend well.

2. And enjoy them with pitas, chips, and crackers, or even spread on a sandwich.

2 個 牛油果

1/8 茶匙 桂林辣椒油

2 瓣 蒜頭

150克 開心果仁碎

1湯匙 洋蔥碎

1湯匙 芫荽

1湯匙 龍舌蘭草蜜 / 蛋奶素食者可以用蜂蜜

1湯匙 台灣陳年醬油

1茶匙 青檸汁

4茶匙 檸檬汁

1茶匙 牛油果油

1 自製素魚露 (另有食譜)

1茶匙 麻油


1. 將所有食料放食物調理機,攪拌成醬。

2. 可與印度薄餅 、薯片 、餅乾及三文治一起享用。
