1. Brussel & Hong Kong Arts Centre【A Taste of Hong Kong】【香港藝術中心】香港地道美食 2016

A co-production between Brussels and Hong Kong Arts Centre, this authentic Hong Kong cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary exchange between Hong Kong artists and their European counterparts produced nine intense site-specific performances. To give a holistic picture of the colorful cultural landscape of Hong Kong, the local distinguished chef George Tang served authentic Hong Kong signature dishes during the performances in Brussel, BELGIUM.

及比利時文化團體Les Halles de Schaerbeek將合辦【香港味道】,於今年9月16-18日到布魯塞爾進行跨文化及跨藝術範疇的深度交流。屆時本港及比利時的藝術家會聯手創作九個環境表演藝術作品,【香港味道】亦會為歐洲觀眾帶來香港特色美食,從多方面推廣香港當代文化藝術。而兩地漫畫家亦由今年2月開始創作二十四幅作品,為今次表演熱身。爲了讓海外觀衆進一步體驗香港多姿多彩的文化,本地著名廚師、「左字廚房」創辦人鄧子怡會在舞蹈 x 跨媒體藝術表演前即場烹調香港地道美食。


2. Setouchi Triennale 2013 – Fukutake House Asia Art Platform

【瀨戶內國際藝術祭2013】之「Fukutake House亞洲藝術平台」

In 2013, Hong Kong Arts Centre collaborated with seven Asian organizations and Executive Director Connie Lam attends the "Setouchi Triennale 2013 – Fukutake House Asia Art Platform" with Hong Kong Art School Senior Lecturer Jaffa Lam and Graduate Bo Law to create on Shodoshima a community arts project to present the locals' collective memory of their alma mater. Additionally, the HKAC invited renowned Hong Kong Chef George Tang (Founder of George Kitchen) to give culinary workshops to inhabitants of Shodoshima at the "Fukuda Asian Diner", teaching authentic Hong Kong cuisine to participants with Setouchi ingredients to promote Hong Kong's unique food culture.

香港名廚鄧子怡女士(「左字廚房」創辦人)應邀為食堂設計特色菜單,在7月8日在「福田亞洲食堂」舉行烹飪課,教授居民煮四款香港風味菜式,有蜜餞叉燒、海上鮮(港式蒸魚)、涼拌青瓜和蠔油西蘭花。婦女們完成課堂後,對製成品讚口不絕,吃得津津有味。居民更會在展期內學以致用,向遊客供應美食,可說是成功推廣香港獨有的飲食文化。
